First view the house online and via links that we will send you.

Then view the house with one or two people maximum.

Let us know you want it.

We will send a text with the info required for contracts.

Send info back to us.

We send you contracts via email to send onto parents if you wish.

Everyone apart from lead tenant sign contract via Docusign.

Any tenants yet to view the house view it.

Lead Tenant signs the contract via Docusign.

We will stop viewings/not issue a contract for 24hrs.

You pay the deposit and return Guarantor Agreements to us.

We will countersign the contracts.

The house is only taken after we countersigned/exchange the contracts.
If you want to speed things up we can send a sample of the paperwork for your parents to see.
